This is the best type of yoga practice to cultivate mobility and flexibility. Deeply stretching in the body for a lengthy duration and breathing into your connective tissues hearing, sounds of nature, singing bowls, and/or meditative rhythms.
INTRO TO YOGA: HATHAS
A beginner practice, introducing the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Learn your mental and physical capacity as you slowly move through a detailed description of postures to lo-fi beats. You will gain understanding, safety, and stability within each pose, posture and/or shape.
SOUL HAPPY: ASHTANGA
A structured series connecting intentional breath to body movement. You will practice the art of moving in a really conscious and mindful way to sounds of soulful soothing songs.
POSE (HEATED) : VINYASA
A practice that will challenge your entire yoga experience. After a step by step template of a sequence, you will eventually free flow on your own vibing to a variety of music. Learn a vast collection of everything from basic to advanced poses. Seated, standing, twists, and/or bandha techniques.
